As part of a recent upgrade to our customer care systems, we now ask every customer to rate the service they receive when they visit us, and let us know what we could do better, so we can always strive to meet and exceed their expectations. Here are a few of the most recent comments –

The software update proposed to the transmission train aligned to a bulletin issued by Range Rover. Since the update my Evoque has been running smoother with more positive gear changing and without the problems as originally advised to the team.
